Meditation: The art of memorizing creativity (Karani Kriya)

This kriya will help you find the source of creativity that is in your heart. It solves the problem of finding how to make a lucrative livelihood and satisfy the soul at the same time. 11-31 minutes.


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Sit with a straight spine.

  2. Raise the arms in front of the torso with the forearms parallel to the ground at shoulder height.

  3. Bend the elbows so the fingers can point toward each other in front of the throat center, palms facing down.

  4. Bend the ring and little fingers under the thumb on the palm. Extend and touch the tips of the index and middle fingers to the tips of the opposite hand.

  5. Close the eyes to 1/10th open.

  6. Create a precisely timed pranayama:

    • Inhale for 2 to 3 seconds.

    • Hold the breath for 5 seconds.

    • Completely exhale for 10 to 15 seconds.

  7. Continue this breath sequence.

  8. To end: Inhale deeply, and then relax.
