Meditation to still the most moving mind (Ardh Khecheri Kriya)


A very efficient way to silence the mind. 3-11 minutes



INSTRUCTIONS:

Sit in Easy Pose with the spine straight.

  1. Open your mouth wide, touch your tongue full on the upper palate, and then open your mouth to maximum.

  2. Look at the tip of the nose and keep the focus there.


COMMENTS:

"Open your mouth full and clear and touch the tongue with the upper palate....Nothing you have to say, nothing you have to do, look at the tip of your nose and keep it that way...you will experience some funny feeling. It will provoke and trigger your subconscious...."
